At the head of a 5 engineers team, we implemented from scratch the Back-End component of the Search Engine, fueled by the Bing search, and enriched with in-house solutions. The first solution, as microservices, had 3 main components: - proxy/aggregator: in charge of aggregating data from Bing and in-house enriched data - rich-header: high performant web-service in charge of collecting data from different APIs - wikibox: high-performance service fetching the whole wikipedia dumps, format it and provide it.

I was responsible of the Rich-Header, a highly performant Web-Service providing rich-content results to the Cliqz Search-Engine. My tasks: - maintenance of the servers infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Linux, bash) - micro-services Orchestration (Docker, docker-compose) - System Monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) - Project Management - Coding (Python, LUA) - Caching (Redis) - Automated tests (Jenkins, Unittests, Integration tests, Load testing) - Performance Optimization
