Performed orders and purchases of Hardware, Software and Services for valued added resale to our customers. I had the responsibility to get the best deals (prices and payment conditions) in order to guarantee some profit margin for the Company and also a reasonable cash-flow. I dealt with local and international companies so that Business was ready to serve some very demanding customers. Executed all duties in the best way possible in order to maintain a long-term relationship with customers.

Performed more or less the same tasks executed from 1995 to 2009. Raised the SLA prices about 20-30%. It stayed the same during my absence period (2009-2011). Elaborated projects in both technical and commercial areas and won some new business for our company: server hardware and software/network hardware upgrades and migrations. Executed these projects personally and with little help of my colleagues.

Leaded Technical Sales of Water Filtering and Consumption Reduction Solutions for piped water. Executed water quality and purity analysis at private and business customers premises and demonstrated the advantages of purchasing Hoken brand products. Proved by visual means that they could reduce 20-30% water consumption and offered 3 months 100% money-back guarantee. Showed by visual and olfactory means that they could have better water quality. Closed contracts with customers and installed small equipment.

Studied Technical Sales Training and Coaching. Learned how to perform water quality and purity analysis at customers premises. Assimilated the whole Hoken product range and how to adapt it to each particular customer. Managed price lists and discounts depending on volume.

Supported the biggest customer's (accounts) networks as a consultant, salesman, supplier, technician and support engineer. I managed about 20 support contracts (SLA). Hardware to software, physical to logical, executed the most relevant deployments, performed the most complex work research, designed specific solutions to fit our customers, executed remote and in-place support, trained some in-house technical support staff and directly dealt with the most demanding customers of our company.
