Analyze data of gas dynamics and polarization emission from relativistic jets of galactic microquasars.

Develop software for management, search and retrieval of astronomical data. Support LIRIS (http://www.iac.es/proyecto/LIRIS/) instrument operation and characterization. Analyze and model data of atmospheric absorption effects on the observed IR astronomical spectra. Develop and test stereo-vision system for acoustic perception of the environment by visually impaired people (http://www.iac.es/proyecto/eavi).

Design, manufacture and test AC/DC electronic card and drivers for radio data acquisition using Protel and AHDL. Model millisecond pulsars emission for signal detection algorithm.

Design and develop software to simulate space communications and study the efficiency of the SCPS internet protocol during long-duration space flights. Model communication noises, byte lost/corruption and data recovery.
