-DATA ANALYSIS: In charge of create, manage and analyze, databases and analytical tools that are able to show how we perform and how can we improve our business management. -IN-HOUSE CONSULTANT: Leading KPI's Digitalization project & RCA project for Vendor Management -PROCESS MANAGEMENT: Assisting Senior managers dealing with stakeholders in terms of processes creation and improvement, from invoicing tracking till digital transformation passing by cost analysis.

-Data Analysis: In charge of creating and managing internal databases in order to analyze data to find and forecast possible deviations, -Reporting: Main responsible creating dynamic reports and dashboards for monthly closures based on BI tools about main financial topics (Variable Costs, Fixed Costs, Staff Costs, FX Deviations; Risks & Opportunities…). Able to build presentations for senior managers in a concise and structured manner about the outcome of the analysis and the implications for the business.
