Audited client legal documents and assisted with plan restatements using ASC software. Converted client records into pdf format to increase accessibility within departments. Converted plan data records when company switched administration software program from Relius and Datair DOS to Datair for Windows. Advised clients on improving internal administrative functions. Prepared schedules of participants who became newly eligible at each enrollment period.

Performed routine analysis of payroll deposits and conducted ongoing compliance testing to monitor ADP/ACP/410(b) and Top Heavy statuses. Presented enrollment meetings and education seminars to Spanish speaking plan participants and assisted in the preparation of Spanish language enrollment forms and SPDs. Worked with auditors to complete IRS and SAS 70 reviews.

Posted contributions and loan repayments to participant accounts. Monitored cash and forfeiture balances held by retirement plan accounts. Confirmed plan trades against participant investment allocations and reconciled discrepant trades. Recorded and allocated dividend declarations, stock splits and capital gain payments to participant accounts.
