In this role Mihaela Laza drives the direction for the sales strategy in Europe and co-ordinates country managers. Her responsibilities include creating, implementing and overseeing the execution of the sales & marketing strategies, maintaining relations with suppliers and large customers, optimizing company's costs, raising profile and continuously developing pipelines of new business opportunities to achieve agreed annual targets.
