Responsibilities: A. Tender Management Team - International Operation 1.Planning and Logistic for International Railway Projects: Prepare the necessary time schedules for the tender submission (e.g.:supply,design,installation,testing and commissioning)for railway infrastructure,Resource calculation,histogramms,method statements,cash flow. B. Electrification Projects Team - Warsaw Metro Line II Project - Poland: Fetesti-Contanta Railway Rehabilitation Project - planning,weekly,monthly status reports.

1.Elaborate the three months schedule for preoutfitting and outfitting jobs(piping, steel outfitting, electrical hot work,pre-erection, erection, dock and quay; 2.Weekly meetings with quality management team, owner and class to clarify the quality problems; 3.Establish the production needed date (PND) for bulk materials; 4.Issued and input the work packages for production in to an internal program(Magic); 5.Extract the work volume & man-hour from one internal program(Magic);
