EADS is participating to the NCOIC consortium and as such I am responsible of the strategy, budget and coordination of the EADS experts in this consortium.

I was in charge of developping a Software Engineering process compliant with CMMI Level 3 to be applied in the Defense Communication & Security BU. I lead the team of dozens of experts and managers coming from several European countries to successfully achieve this goal in 9 months. The developped process is compatible with RUP, milStd 498 and VModell XT/GBV.

Analyse and compare all the products available on the market and then identify integration compatibility in order to provide the best solutions feeting in Global Security market segment: Border Security and Checkpoints, Intelligence Center, Command&Control Center. Identify and Propose Simulation tools improving our solutions for Campaigns, Bids and Programms and prooving our concepts. Promote collaboration tools across several sites;

Insure Feedback and coordination of the 5 specialized frameworks working groups (50 persons) in the NCOIC international industrial consortium.
