Created strategic plan to initiate program, build young team to highly skilled team, other teams disbanded to keep team members when program disbanded. Developed value proposition for Independent Software Vendors such that other OEMs bypassed to become part of Compaq program. Forged multi-million dollar international sales.

Transferred reliability bottleneck assessment technology from University, adopted by Microsoft to provide reliability gains seen in W2000/2003. Architected utilizing Data Warehouse/Data Mining client/server Perl/CGI, mentored interns, architected reliability growth program with measurement/feedback paths to achieve Enterprise mission critical reliability

Taught Object Oriented C/C++/Pascal, provided real world insights to how students would use technologies and languages

Transferred RISC architecture from IBM research to product, responsibilities included processor chip design/validation, software dev/test, lead positions, research, logic compiler, real time embedded, communications protocols, OS development
