I create project schedule deliverables from business goals and technical objectives for various procurement documents. Perform capacity, gap and impact analysis, advance transition, migration and system plans. As a system administrator for Intel our global team designed, implemented, integrated, and maintained enterprise-wide technical solutions for business and engineers. Responsibilities included Windows and UNIX systems administration, global project management, and network architecture for collaborative distributed services. I specialized in data center and operating systems support, account security and data recovery.

In this position I led a team of technicians that administrated Windows, UNIX and Linux servers in a secure lab environment for quality verification and validation of HP products. As part of a global team I established assignment priorities to assure the successful completion of multiple project deadlines. My duties included developing new processes for testing, analysis and reporting. As well as writing test scripts, system configuration, documentation and test process.

As a computer technician for Heald College IT department my duties span a wide-range of activities including system analysis, installation and support; responding to service outages; providing technical support; training users; and demonstrating a tactful blend of technical skills and service responsibilities. Our team maintained and operated Windows and Novell servers in the Local Area Network.
