I’m currently holding the Senior Business Development Manager role in Softtek Integration Systems. I’m responsible for the development of strategic accounts in the company by following world-class outsourcing models and strategies that considers the use of Global Delivery Centers strategically distributed in Asia, LATAM, and Europe to provide Information Technology Solutions to our customers around the globe.

Responsible for the development of strategic accounts within the Financial Services & Insurance Vertical. In charge of keeping the operation and maintaining quality levels of each project within the vertical across the US, Latin America, Europe & Asia.

In charge of developing GE Money Account for Softtek Integration Systems since early 2006. As part of this role, I had the opportunity to develop a business relationship with Wachovia Dealer Services. It was a great experience developing these accounts that started with revenue of 1MM in 2006 reaching the 4MM by the end of 2008.

I had the opportunity during this role, to develop a strong knowledge base as a Business Analyst when participating in a set of projects with GE Corporate in Stamford, CT. A suite of critical financial applications was part of the support projects I was in charge of, where very strict SLA's were to be met. I developed an excellent sense of urgency and criticality when worked on this role.

I had the opportunity during this role, to develop a strong knowledge base as a Project Leader when participating in a Supply Chain project with GE Aircraft Engines in Cincinnati, OH. A suite of Supply Chain applications was part of the support project I was in charge of, where very strict development & deployment schedules where to be met.

As part of an internal development team, I was in charge of designing and developing solutions for the internal needs of the business unit I was assigned to. I had the opportunity to work directly in development centers in Buenos Aires Argentina, Montevideo Uruguay, and Chicago Illinois, and Mexico City during my participation on this company.

As part of an internal Quality Program Team, I had the opportunity to work directly on the production lines of General Motors analyzing production times and mechanisms, to provide solutions based on Continuous Improvement techniques. During this year I also had the opportunity to work close to the management staff when developing budget plans for the different teams on a set of projects based on criticality, pipeline and results
