Chief Operating Officer Began working for a sister company, BSE Commercial Advisors, Inc., in commercial and multi-family brokerage for a short time. Shortly thereafter, we formed a property management company from scratch. I was a small percentage owner in the company. Within six months, I obtained over twenty third party multi-family property management contracts, hired and supervised all on-site managers, maintenance staff, leasing agents and vendors.
