The District Leader must be knowledgeable of all facets of operating multiple (10-15) stores, must be committed to inspiring our team, helping our customers succeed, and growing the business profitability with integrity. This position is responsible for consistently growing the business by exceeding all sales, payroll and profit targets in conformity with company strategy and Values. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a high standard of customer service in the District.
