I helped direct hundreds of businesses' digital marketing strategies via off-page SEO content. I was responsible for editing and optimizing link-building marketing content for B2B and B2C clients across industries to boost their SERP rankings.

I led and managed a team that curated the online presence of hundreds of businesses across industries by creating engaging marketing content. • Edited, curated, and optimized SEO and PPC copy for clients. • Delivered business-critical training sessions to writers to keep them up to date on various changing trends within SEO and digital marketing practices.

I wrote and optimized high-quality, keyword-centric, original on-page and off-page SEO and PPC content for high-profile content marketing projects. I wrote keyword-centric alt tags and header tags, and I optimized page titles and meta tags.

I researched topics for new on-page and off-page content based on current keyword trends. Wrote and optimized on-page and off-page SEO copy.

I was responsible for assisting an English writing professor with the academic and managerial tasks of two classes comprising of 65 college students. • Planned, organized, and taught grammar and syntax lessons to students. • Reviewed, provided feedback and suggested improvements to students’ writing assignments. • Managed the online grading tables for both classes and optimized the seating arrangements in the classrooms to facilitate better teacher-student communication.

I was responsible for researching data and fact-checking, proofreading, and editing articles for the organization’s monthly Herald publication. • Researched and compiled data on all the independent candidates contesting the general elections in Pakistan for the publication’s August election issue. • Co-authored the publication’s data journalism "Abacus" section for the August and September issues.

I was responsible for assisting a political science and media and communications professor with their research on a project regarding the politics of Central Asian historiography. Researched, organized, and compiled relevant data about the numerous rulers of Central Asia across the centuries.

I was a part of NOWPDP's "The Rickshaw Project" that is aimed at promoting and facilitating on-road access and mobility to Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Karachi. • Wrote a pitch for NOWPDP’s ‘Accessible Cycle Project (ACP)’ for crowd-funding website Kickstarter as well as a detailed report to supporters of the organization on website Global Giving. • Drafted partnership proposals for the ‘ACP’ each of which were unique to the CSR policies of 15 corporate organizations.

• Reported on and co-authored 7 articles that were published in The News International newspaper's City News section. • Co-authored 2 feature articles for the newspaper; one on Karachi's Ramadan traffic and the other on Special Olympics Pakistan's delegation for the 2015 Special Olympics World Summer Games held in Los Angeles.

As part of the master's programme in Digital Media and Society at the Universität Bremen, I am being trained to apply cutting-edge methods and conduct research in order to analyse our profoundly changing media and communication landscape and become a decision-maker in a world that is transforming digitally.
