Responsible for CAD and VectorWorks drawings for London’s property’s. Working on redesign 5 floor mansion on Ealing Broadway Beach house project (Brighton, UK), responsible for mechanism that will rotate house 360 degrees in axial direction. Mechanism will be powered mechanically with precise calculation of gear ration.

Responsible for estimating, calculating labour, equipment, material and overhead cost to determine minimum estimate for house renovation on Tooting Bec property, London. Calculate cost/time and determine feasibility of project also certify the sub-contractors work in term of quality and quantity and to ensure compliance with project specification and signed off by building control. Ensuring all contractors adhere to the electrical safety and gas safe UK standards.
