As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Shippeo, I collaborate with hiring managers globally to identify top talent for tech and product roles, ensuring candidates align with our team's goals and the company’s vision. I’m committed to providing a seamless, exceptional experience for candidates across international markets while continuously refining and optimizing the recruitment process.

I'm in charge of all the recruitments of the company n France and Spain and of leading our recruitment team (7 ppl). To do this, I work closely with the various hiring managers, hiring agencies and RPO/freelance recruiters. In addition, I analyze, implement and manage the recruitment strategy for all our teams through the precise definition of our needs, the calculation of our budgets and the follow-up of our current recruitments.

I joined JOB4 as the first Talent Acquisition Manager of the team. My role was to find the best candidates (Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops, Juniors to C-Levels), coach them and help them find their dream job in our startups portfolio. I was also in charge of the internal recruitment (TAM, Sales, Developer etc.), building from scratch and developing the JOB4 Community and other side projects. Some of my partners : Snapshift, Cubyn, Trustpair, Budget Insight, Brigad, Unissey, Reelevant etc.
