I'm in charge of managing our talent team by training and coaching them I have to analyze, implement and manage the recruitment strategy for all our teams through the precise definition of our needs, the calculation of our budgets and the follow-up of our current recruitments. I'm still working closely with the different hiring managers and I continue to recruit in order to remain operational Finally, I take a special interest in our employer brand, and I make sure that Combo shines as it should !

I joined JOB4 as the first Talent Acquisition Manager of the team. My role was to find the best candidates (Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops, Juniors to C-Levels), coach them and help them find their dream job in our startups portfolio. I was also in charge of the internal recruitment (TAM, Sales, Developer etc.), building from scratch and developing the JOB4 Community and other side projects.
