- Responsible for sales, budget & personnel planning - Develop E-Commerce plans with quarterly goals and objectives to ensure business initiatives are achieved. - Setup, creation & further development of KPI reports - Maintain and enhance E-Commerce tools to prevent E-Commerce channel issues; identify, diagnose and solve issues. - Discover and identify new channels as defined in the annual strategy, negotiate contracts, test and build new accounts as needed.

Organization of all activities within HR Department; Professional selection and recruiting; Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; Monitoring and evaluation of employees; Analyzing results of KPI; HR reporting, employee performance reports; Systematization of job positions, updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
