So far, from my work experience, I have gained many skills and knowledge, especially in the field of laboratory work, in determining the chemical and rheological properties of wheat and flour, microbiological analyses of food, as well as the implementation and management of several international quality and food safety standards and laboratory accreditation process. Teamwork, initiative, working under pressure, diligence, expertise and the need to acquire new knowledge and skills are only a small part of my profile and are the result of hard work and work experience in the field.
