• Leads engineering product teams of 40+ engineers in different worldwide locations • Defines strategy and process in design and development of system products and solutions • Cooperation with product management teams in defining large range of system components - Identity Management Systems - Biometric Recognition Systems - Credentials/Documents and Personalization Systems - PKI systems (ICAO, Citizen PKI, Technical PKI)

• Builds Identity System team and Identity solutions (from scratch) used in delivery of key BOOT and turn-key governmental projects • Technical project management where complex systems and solutions are delivered to customers • Manages technical teams (Oberthur Technologies and partners) and allocation of resources (training, recruitment) • Prepares technical offers and proposals

• Changes various engineering roles from software development through software architecture up to leading Identity System department. Pioneer in Model Driven Architecture in Serbia • Deliveries more than 15 Identity projects all over the world for different industry leaders (Veridos, Muehlbauer, IDEMIA etc.)
