Deputizing for the Project Leader. In charge of planning, steering, implementation, cross-project collaboration within the project team and monitoring and evaluation of the project results. Leading strategic planning efforts, knowledge management and development of the projects' strategic approach in collaboration with the Project Leader. Contributing to the conceptual design, cooperation with commissioning parties, partners and other project stakeholders.

As an Advisor for the project “Promotion of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in Serbia”, I independently managed and developed tasks within Component 3 - "Capacity Development." My role involved coordinating activities, organizing trainings, and ensuring successful implementation. I actively engaged in monitoring project indicators and maintaining effective communication with project partners. Additionally, I contributed to financial planning, reporting, and various organizational tasks.

As a doctoral/postdoctoral researcher at CEU I contributed to the EU Horizon 2020 project titled "Sustainable Arenas for Just and Sustainable Cities" which delved into the intricate interplay between urban social (in)equality and ecological (un)sustainability, shedding light on the connections, tensions, and contradictions between these critical aspects. My expertise focused on synthesizing and effectively communicating project results and outcomes.

As a consultant for the project "Capacity Development for Improved Implementation of Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs)" I provided expert input and support, conducting a needs analysis for capacity building among civil servants, developing recommendations for an online training curriculum in environmental protection, covering legislation, international frameworks, environmental management, SDGs and multisectoral cooperation. Contributed to trainings on project management.

As a Global Teaching Fellowship Program (GTFP) visiting lecturer, I entirely taught two undergraduate courses - “Sustainable Development” and “Contemporary Topics”. Additionally, I took part in several University-wide and departmental presentations and panel-discussions.

Consultant, interpreter, trainer and focal point for a Prague based company that specializes in comprehensive inventory services. I provided a wide range of services including correspondence with local partners (Serbia and Montenegro), organization of business trips to Serbia and Montenegro, training local partner staff, traveling with company employees, interpreting and performing any other tasks that are needed for the company to secure and successfully complete their business in Serbia and Montenegro.

Researched ex-Yugoslav media coverage on the International Commission for the Sava River Basin and contributed to writing a Regional Environmental Center (REC) publication on the topic.

Coordinated, managed and supervised student participants of the Business Case Study competition. Additionally, gave lectures and provided training on Creative Approaches to Solving Business Case Studies.

Worked on several national (Austria) and international (Serbia) projects as a researcher and research assistant. Attended internal training in project management.

Kept track of and organized media clips, maintained the contacts database, assisted in the production of “fresh*” e-zine, assisted in organizing social events and performed other support activities enhancing the visibility and reputation of the British Council across the media, public and key stakeholders.

Provided information within the British Council’s Library, Information Desk and back office Info-line, answering customer’s queries (face to face, over the phone and via email) and handling payments.

Defined a new line of ComTrade computers and was responsible for product placement, advertising, PR activities and all activities aimed to promote the ComTrade computer brand. Brand perception and visibility has significantly increased during my employment, while sales have increased (approximately) tenfold.

Built and administrated an internal database, administrated the internet site, organized and coordinated regional meetings, designed and moderated focus groups and performed various office management tasks.
