Expertly manage an in-house manufacturing team to produce exquisite wood products. Oversee the full-life cycle of projects and ensure completion within timeline and budgetary goals. Streamline projects with limited room for error and manage supply to restaurant chains in East, South East, and Midwest of United States.

Played an integral role in ensuring comradery amongst the rowing team. Supported the drafting and execution of strategic game plans. Held accountability for the team’s overall administrative and budget management, inclusive of processing invoices, along with servicing and sourcing equipment. Diligently head-hunted talented athletes.

Supported the General Manager with leading a collaborative team and overseeing the optimal operation of the store. Held responsibility for presentation, invoicing, efficiency, and achievement of strategic goals. Utilised guest service expertise to ensure guest retention and overall revenue generation.

Main role was of clerical and administrative nature. Assisting students and designing class schedules, helping organize Open House events, as well as assist teaching. I was put in charge as an instructor for Applied Service Lab, one of the crucial “hands – on” learning experiences of the Hospitality Department’s core classes. Teaching and supervising 9 full time students and helping them understand basics of the Applied Service and assuring the satisfaction of our guests.
