The product is micro inveter that divice is a part of solar energy systems. The marrket is overseas. I was in charge of production. Components procurement and SMT are all Chinese suppliers. I set up the factory in China. This factory is responsible for assembly. Because i manage a whole production chain. So we are not just producing for our micro inverter. We also help many overseas customers do production in China. They provide design and requirements, We come looking for compoments, SMT, assembly.

My position there was director of operations. I am responsible for supplier development, production nmanagement, quality control and purschasing.

I worked as an engineer at panasonic . It's a assebly factory of semiconductor. I thought Japnese companies have very strict quality systems and management methods of this system. I learned this method and used it in the management of my suppliers in the future.
