Identifying new sales leads, Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets, Researching the needs of other companies, Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, Developing quotes and proposals, Developing sales goals for the sales and marketing team and ensuring they are met, Responsible for analyzing data that supports decision-making.

Collaborating with Public Relationship on TICC`s publications, receiving Thai and English speaking guests, answering requests from Italian and Thai entrepreneurs, organizing business meetings, and preparing market researchers and surveys about Thai economy for the associates. Assisting the executive director, in creating market researches in expanding the members of the chamber of commerce by actively looking for business contacts.
