Monthly shipment planning and coordination alongside production/operations and logistics personnel in the company. Annual and monthly budget objectives design and follow-up.

Handling and processing of state and regional bulk cement customers' sales orders, creation and fulfillment of weekly and monthly distribution program. KPI Compliance and logistic resources allocation.

Development of a methodology for selecting new locations for Caffenio Drive Café; design of a new expansion strategy for the company's drives.

Rotation through the different areas of the company to know its operations and identify areas of opportunity;proposal of improvements and development of different projects according to the need in each area.
