Project/technical leadership of integration team for platform project which focus on China specific and delta functions. Project planning, fulfilling the relevant tasks to each milestone and keep each milestone can be reached. Coordinate meetings with Germany stake holders and different departments for job split, test strategy and test plan definition, test resource planning. Conduction integration events, test activities and other operations of ST1.2 project team.

1. Sync all needs for test resources (Components, Connector, SW, Cars...) including R&D Beijing, Plant Shenyang and Munich. 2. Always has the latest status about all test resources and participates sync meeting with all necessary partners. 3. Escalate conflicts about parts and test resource to M50 leader and product line. 4. Contributes and collects all test cases to and from all test resources. 5. In charge of arranging regular meeting to discuss developing status of all important components.

1. Lead a project team of quality assurance engineers to plan, design, and execute quality assurance activities. 2. Interface with project managers, developers and management team in Europe to understand requirements and feedback. 3. Author technical documents in English, such as test plan, test cases, and test reports. 4. Participate in technical pre-sales activities, including writing of proposals and delivery of presentations in English. 5. Develop the technical competence of engineers.

1. Owns all product tests (Software, Certification, Automation, FT, User Testing, EUT) in a product program/engine program. 2. Creates and executes test plan for the product program based on details plan from SW program. 3. Ensure fast and qualify test execution and delivers analyzed test results. 4. Leads test team to secure product quality by proper/efficient test, especially from customer point of view. 5. Reporting and review of test results and status.

1. Leading product technical pre-study. 2. Join the testing related discussion from developing phase and provide the analysis of Dev test team. 3. Drive new system level test case/new test environment creation and create the product test ware baseline. 4. As the most knowledgeable engineer in the team, sharing, coaching and training others. 5. As a technical interface of the team, following up system-level technical trends and answering technical questions in domain.

1. Design and create test case according to the Feature Descriptions and Wire frames. 2. Run test case and report error to the fault system if an error was found. 3. Verify error fix after it released.
