For example, handling no paid leave impacts the seniority, computing OT by Time Evaluation in SF with many validations configured by TE and business rules.

I joined the Cameron project to support SAP HCM mainly Payroll and Time for many 9 countries in APME (Asia Pacific and Middle East): Singapore, Malaysia Indonesia, Brunei, China, India, Australia, AUE and Egypt. As a senior consultant I worked effectively and smartly to handle requirements raised and proposed appropriate solutions and then got appreciation from customers.

I joined many projects in Kuwait, India, Japan and Malaysia where I worked almost 3 years for FPT information system. I was a team-leader and the key SAP HCM consultant for these projects. I was nominated as one of the best employees for 3 years and got appreciation from customers for handling well many complex scenarios in SAP Time and Payroll. I was onsite for more than 1.5 years in Kuwait, Japan and Malaysia to deal with clients and support them directly.
