Afiniti uses AI Algorithms in call centers to match agents and customers that yields the best possible outcome without over- or underutilizing any of the agents. My role was to analyze telephony and calling patterns, create models and maintain them to ensure good conditions for the model to work. This involved working extensively in R, Python and Advanced SQL for analytics and modelling, Data Cleaning, Pipelining and Visualization, and working with other teams to ensure delivery of results.
