Responsibilities • Built cash flow models for investment analysis of target properties for future REIT Schemes • Applied risk management tools, i.e. sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, & Monte Carlo simulation etc. • Performed Income analysis by conducting tenant mix, WALT analysis, etc. Achievements • Supported the team responsible for launching the first ever REIT Scheme in Pakistan with assets EUR 250 Mln • Part of the team supervising the book building process, i.e. Dutch Auction Method
