i. Support in the development of an expert workshop for the implementation of a HTA (Hierarchical Task Analysis) in the field of modular plant construction. ii. Development of a questionnaire to collect expert opinions and processes in order to extract the knowledge of experts in the field of safety in process control engineering. iii. Support in the evaluation of the study using a test plant.

i. Being responsible for organizing, editing and sharing the best practice newsletter. ii. Creating and maintaining the global marketing community to drive a common culture, by planning online and offline events or/and programs. iii. One Marketing Community Project: The project is ongoing on Microsoft Teams. Through several online channels, all One Marketing members across the world can be and work more efficient by sharing useful and inspirational contents.

i. Developing candidate pipeline through research, outreach and candidate assessment/interviewing. ii. Supporting the "Fresh Start" internship program.

i. Being responsible for the recruitment process by conducting the Interviews in German and in English. ii. Creating client adviser teams with advanced German and English language skills. iii. Researching the global market for new projects.

i. Organizing and coordinating courses and training programs for the employees to encourage their personal development and promotion. ii. Contributing overall a developmental strategy through talent trends.
