Provide Level 1 support to worldwide customers for issues that affect their voice and UC environment, ensuring that the contracted SLA defined timers are respected. My role had a solution oriented approach, therefore allowing me to investigate the whole PBX environment: Unified Communications, Servers, Gateways ,Proxy and Session Border Controller Servers, Media Servers, SIP Phones, Contact Center Solutions, Concierge.
