* Image processing --> detailed analysis of Poisson data using statistical inference methods (Bayesian, MCMC sampling, frequentist). * Project management --> co-supervision of multiple Master and Ph.D. projects. * Organisational --> experience in meeting organisation and schedule handling.

* Image/signal analysis/processing --> detection and characterisation of weak and/or extended features in Gaussian and/or Poissonian data/images (wavelet analysis, sliding-cell algorithms, maximum likelihood fitting methods) * Data handling --> Competence to generate, store, extract and analyse large datasets and databases * Statistical analysis --> Experience with Bayesian analysis, Poisson statistics and MCMC methods.
