My current tasks are the organisation of the onboarding for the start of the new employees. Also I am scheduling all types of interviews, support the recruiters with all issues that arise, as well as signing contracts, sending out the contract and processing after the new starters have signed. Another point is the organisation of the trade fair participations. I support these from start to finish and am the main contact person and contact for the trade fairs here.
