- Financial report generation to US GAAP and company policies - NetRevenue Forecast prep. and analysis for EMEA - Supervisor of the Reporting team with 2 direct reports - Prep. of monthly accruals, allocations and variances analysis - Prep. of consolidated reporting for corporate groups - Tracking key performance indicators and management reporting - Performing SOX conrols - Supporting of partner, resolving issues incentives validation - Support special projects and system testing

• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly contra revenue accruals. This will require in-depth knowledge of the various contra programs, a very good knowledge of Excel, and an understanding of accounting principles. • Analysis and booking of monthly and quarterly journal entries. • Quarterly VSOE testing • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages to be submitted to Corporate. • System testing on an ad-hoc basis. • Deal Reviews as necessary • support for miscellaneous qtr close activities
