As Leader of the Mechanical Research & Development Dept. I have to: -Planning and overseeing engineering activities of new projects -Carrying on in the project work-cost reduction and cost optimizing projects -Implementing documentations, procedures and flows to optimize the productivity of product development ensuring a fast-paced project process. -Identification of new suppliers for outsourcing components in productivity projects.

Management of the different project aspects:coordination of the project activities of design, engineering, production, purchasing. Spearhead multi-disciplinary teams. Create and lead the project organization based on project deliverables, and define roles, responsibilities and objectives. Integrate the different activities to deliver the project. Acquired leadership skills and team empowerment; capability to manage shared project resources to ensure timely delivery of work packages.
