This effort was complemented by expanding our service portfolio through strategic partnerships with 3PL and 4PL providers across Europe, including Fulfilment Crowd, Byrd, and PFS Logistics, where I negotiated agreements, set rates, and coordinated operations to enhance our offer.

Responsible for developing a customer base from scratch, covering the full range of services offered by the company: Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics. This has involved identifying key opportunities in the market and building relationships with prospective clients to create a solid foundation for future business. I introduced a proactive "go-to-market" approach, focusing on engaging both prospects and suspects to uncover opportunities.
