• responsible for major corporate accounts in terms of supply efficiency and invoicing • communicating with customers, vendors, subcontractors and internal company representatives to ensure a smooth and clear supply process • acting together with Project Management Office, Key Account Managers and Finance Controllers • problem solving and process improvement over the whole supply chain

• responsible for planning and executing orders towards vendors, coordination of deliveries, stock quantities and handling of vendor and customer invoicing; • MRP system proficiency, particularly SAP R/3 • self initiative in solving upcoming issues over the whole supply chain • communicating with customers, internal Project Management and Finance department representatives • assisting the Project Management Office when negotiating delivery terms
