Played a pivotal role in the company's growth, initially wearing many hats as an IT architect, senior/lead developer, engineering manager, and scrum master. I led the expansion of the company by hanling project delivery, training, and mentoring engineering staff. I transitioned from a hands-on management role to a strategic one, and took on the responsibility of designing and developing the product for the telco market that involved implementation Telco resource order mgm. with WITA and TM Forum specs.

Worked on the Telco's Technical Resource/Service Order Management project within an SOA. The team ensured seamless functionality and integration to deliver business value and adhere to imposed specifications, requirements and regulations. Stepping into the position of Team Lead, I managed the team's timely delivery of new requirements, while also working on support. During that period we introduced a BPMN (using Camunda) for effective refactoring, and later maintenance and troubleshooting.

Maintaining internal tool for deployment (Java, Spring, MS SQL, JSP, JavaScript, Vue) After some time I started leading a team that designed and developed set of microservice for video&voice channel for purposes of CCaaS (Java, Spring, Hazelcast, FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC)
