- Management of large-scale portfolio of electricity purchase & sales contracts in more than 20 European countries and cross-border transmission capacities on more than 30 borders - Long-term cross-border capacity management, analysis and administration, including participation in capacity allocation processes at Allocation Offices (mainly TSOs) throughout the Europe - Medium and long-term electricity analysis (consumption/production/balance forecasts) for European countries of interest

Coordination, planing and management of trading and all other associated activities of EFT Group.

- Long-term cross-border capacity management, including participation in capacity allocation process at Allocation Entities (mainly TSOs) throughout the Europe - Long-term analysis and electricity balance predictions for relevant European countries

Day-ahead scheduling of internal and cross-border electricity transactions, including close cooperation with Transmission System Operators and Power Exchanges on this matter.

Procurement of re-plans for generation units and consumption of tariff customers; gathering, processing and analysis of data about realized electricity generation and hydrology; coordination with other energy subjects within company, as well as with other partners.

Analysis of energy parameters of realized plans for electricity generation and consumption and preparation of related reports.

Coordination of JIEL Control Block (Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia), harmonization of cross-border electricity exchange schedules and coordination of intra-day cross-border electricity trades (in former Second UCTE synchronous zone), power systems secondary control, real-time monitoring of power systems operation, cross-border transmission capacities calculations (NTC) and day-ahead congestions forecasts (DACF).
