I am responsible for developing and maintaining software systems used by Valeo employees worldwide. From dashboards, management systems, ticketing systems, and others, for whatever it takes to smooth the communication between employees of different teams, among different countries. I built new tools that were successfully used by Valeo employees, and i have scripted some programs that automate the simple repetitive tasks that were made by the team.

I am responsible of all the carried out processes, as design, development, business negotiations and support. I have been working and increasing my portfolio for too long.

I developed IVR (Interactive Voice Response) software applications using java, redesigned workflows and used to support the solution as the first line defense. I installed hardware servers and peripherals and configured systems from scratch, installing Unix/Windows/WebSphere systems and configuring them to work on the Genesys solution based on the required standards.
