I led the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, deployed servers for consistent high-speed internet service, managed bandwidth distribution, and provided prompt technical support to end-users. Ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing robust security measures were also key aspects of my responsibilities.

As an IT Support Technician, I ensured seamless operations of critical systems, including networking infrastructure, servers, and workstations. I implemented robust security protocols, conducted system audits, and managed network infrastructure to maintain uninterrupted connectivity. Collaborating with teams, I resolved technical issues and conducted staff training sessions to enhance technological proficiency.
