Roles and responsibilities: • Manage the e- ´scooter fleet and make sure daily operations are running smoothly • Ensure that the fleet is intact, active on the street and core KPIs are hit (e.g. rides/scooter) • Handle operations partners, mechanics and partners • Build and maintain close relationships with city officials and partners in town • Support the city manager with strategical tasks and marketing activities

Supporting the co-founders in outreaching to communities of interest, user communities, Angel investors and International Funding Institutions. Also supporting the team with strategy planning, and preparing a business plan for future expansion; utilizing experiences gained during my tenure with multiple social enterprises and NGOs in Cairo, Egypt.

Survey and collate documents and studies that complement activities on gender and forest management conducted in the CGIAR Research Program on Forests, Trees and Agriculture (CRP FTA). An important part of my work was to give visibility to the importance of integrating gender into forestry research, to methods for doing so, and to Bioversity’s CRP FTA gender-related research and activities.

Assisted HarassMap's Director in achieving the HarassMap strategic plan, coordinating with all Unit Managers, monitoring the progress of and following up with Unit Managers on their Unit Plans as needed, preparing reports and liaising with donors and partners, as well as being responsible for the successful day-to-day functioning of the HarassMap office.

Respond to and handle Vodafone UK customers queries and complaints received via incoming calls, log customer query details on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Perform other duties as assigned by management. In addition to that I was assigned as a Feedback Loop anaylst to the compliance team between Jul 2011 and Oct 2012.
