After the acquisition of Rancher by SUSE, I was promoted to the Lead Architect position, handling very large customers with very ad-hoc needs, usually managing small customer/partner teams to deliver Cloud Native platform solutions.

As a Senior Professional Services Consultant in the Data Management tools that Talend develops, I : - Implement / integrate Talend software in the customer's environment - Train the customers to use the tools with the best practices - Audit / Optimize customer specific developments Talend is a fast-growing (open source and open standards) software company with a consistent product portfolio in Data Management, which consists of Data Integration, DQ / MDM / ESB / BPM offerings, in SaaS environments.

Achievements : - Completely redesigned failing Corporate Software and managed the project of a new application which is now used by 100+ people. - Managed the development of a new automated tests platform which became since then the standard in the department. - Served as pilot in 3 process improvement initiatives - Introduced iterative and SCRUM software methodologies to the department practices. Modelling and bench testing of Laser Semiconductors and Fiber optic signal response to current depending on temperature. Used Matlab, assisted RF expert in automating tests and conducted test compaign.
