• Led solution design and delivery for Egypt's Industrial Development Authority, replacing paper licensing with automated workflows across 5+ processes and taking the system live. • Delivered IAM for a national Saudi government program spanning multiple entities, covering authentication, identity lifecycle and integrations using Oracle IAM and Access Manager. • Owned architecture and design across Oracle Fusion Middleware projects, directing contractors and consultants in mission-critical environments.

• Established an internal development capability within the Presales organization, defining the team structure, technical direction, and roadmap while using proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate business value. • Built and deployed two Windows applications using .NET Windows Forms and MS SQL Server, alongside providing technical consulting and infrastructure sizing for customer-specific enterprise solutions.

• Built and launched rich-media advertising experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flash, while providing technical support and troubleshooting for advertising operations.

• Established the company’s BlackBerry development stream and launched two location-based mobile applications, while maintaining and enhancing Etisalat’s web and WAP portals across the Middle East and Africa using .NET Framework.
