I'm working as a Project Leader for the technical studies department ; where I work on different project types in terms of Scope, Size, Budget & processes used. I'm working within the PMO, where our objective is to deliver the projects on time, with the budget & quality needed. Job Responsibilities: test the pipelines before commissioning the natural gas (Pneumatic or Hydrostatic Test). adjust the Regulator of the gas flow to the pressure required for plant. stop the flow of the natural gas in the factory pipelines in order to allow cutting and welding in pipeline systems connect the pipeline networks together, in order to have a stable system. check the percentage of the gas flow in the pipelines through the gascoseeker.

HW and SW troubleshooting, investigating connectivity issues, operations related to active directory accounts. Network management system, handling the IS inventory, and communicate with suppliers. Create regular reports, like Help desk tickets status, employees, attendance Administration of servers running Windows Server 2003 and dealing with all IT issues facing employees on desktops or laptops.

Job responsibilities: Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems Configuration of client's equipment to connect to the Internet via DSL Router.
