I make the costing of the PCB projects based on the BOM information. I communicate with the supplier over the world to find the right component or the equivalent.

I had the experience of the wire harness modification definition regarding the qualty issuie, the reduction cost and technical evolution, during the serial life on the Altis data base. I made the necessary comunication with impacted services and department with the modifications in PSA and with the Harness suppliers. I presented the modifications with the planning of the integration to the PPEP PSA committees. I have flowed my created modifications during the serial life integration until the release.

•Startup of the new plant belong the assembly harness “new activity for the group”. •Industrialization of the MQB 2020 starter generator wire harness project and preparation of the VDA6.3 VAG audit. •Development of the work instruction •Managing the modification in the manufacturing line. •Implementation of solutions for production problems or/and quality improvement. •Coordination with the project manager regarding Modification implementation. •Release of the feasibility report regarding the project.
