Software Project Manager for Laser scanner (Laser scanner is the 1st product in the market) where I am responsible for: • Define the milestones with the customer and agree on the delivery expectation • Planning and tracking. • Reporting to higher level management the status of the project. • Plan and coordinate the safety activities as the project is classified as ASIL B project. • Applying quality processes/standards (ASPICE L2) • Manage off shore sites with defining the Work packages for each site.

A transverse role leading projects with different Valeo branches in Germany, France and US, delivering projects for OEM's like Peugeot, BMW, Renault, Volvo and Daimler,.. etc. • Project planning, tracking and reporting. • Applying quality processes/standards(CMML3) • Participating in VALEO Egypt certificate for CMMI L3, where I have managed two projects that have been audited for the certificate. The assessment resulted in no weaknesses/gaps according to CMMI standard.

Member in the R&D team working responsible for : • Firmware design and implementation of poly phase energy meter system with power line communication and prepaid card. • Testing software and confirm it is up to requirement before product integration. • Testing full product with system team on the production line

Graduation Project, 2003 RF PCB design and implementation of transceiver building blocks operating at the ISM band, 2.4 GHz. Robocon, 2003 I participated as a team leader, to build a special task robot, to enter the contest held in Egypt and sponsored by ABU (Asia Broadcast Union)
