 Invoicing.  Daily cash/ Cheques/ LPO collections.  Day-to-day banking functions, Online banking to make sure of safe depositing in our account.  Bank Reconciliation.  Payable accounts:  Invoices:  Receivable:  Preparation of outstanding collections on monthly basis.  Coordinating with different clients of the company.  Update accounts system with all related notes.  Assist accounts manager in preparing accounts reports

- Maintaining and controlling employee documents. - Applying for Employment visas for staff of the Group. - Coordination with Ministry of Labor & Immigration. - Coordination with HR departments Concerning Company Employees Work permit, Labor cards, Renewal Work Permits & Resident Visas, Cancellations. - Provide help to all Employees of the Group concerning their Employment visas, labor cards, sponsoring their families. - Ensure all visas and labor permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
