Responsible for setting up and maintaining the technical part of business plan of the company working as Engineering Services Provider. Direct and monitor all engineering activities concerning technical, quality, and project management matters. Develop and manage all business resources including human, financial, physical, and knowledge factors that provide a company the means to perform its business process.

As a lead engineer of 7 design engineers, responsible of mentoring and assisting of all group members in there activates, such as; Study and analyze the customer requirements, Generate product design specifications PDS, Perform configuration design based on spatial layout using CAD model using NX-CAD and basic engineering analysis, Perform parametric design including detailed engineering analysis and detailed CAD models integrated in TEAMCENTER data management server.

- Has primary responsibility for development planning and monitoring, for ensuring that the development is successfully completed on time and within budget, and that it satisfies the requirements at an acceptable level of quality. - Apply advanced CAD skills using PRO-Engineer-v5 along with mechanical engineering background for performing components and assemblies designs. Revise the design of molds and dies and

Prepare project documents including calculations, specifications of the designed items and BOM. Ensure that design meets company policy and appropriate safety and engineering code requirements (ASTM, ASME, AWS, SME, etc.). Analyze requirements and investigate existence of available equipment that could be used or modified, and similarly checks equipment suppliers for suitable material for use or adaptation.

Aircraft design team member; Create detail, assembly, and installation airframe drawings/Digital Product Definitions using Unigraphics CAD, Carryout detail design efforts, researching pertinent data and developing solutions for the project or assignment, Coordinate with other engineering, manufacturing or specialty personnel to resolve problems, Generate drawings for composite structure using AutoCAD according to ISO standard and all documentations Design Reports, Parts List, Parts Breakdown, and EBOM.

Major course work including :Airframe structural analysis, finite element analysis, Aerodynamics, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Heat Transfer, Internal Combustion Engine Performance, Gas-turbine Performance, Automatic Control Systems, Mathematics, and Numerical Analysis.
