My responsibilities chiefly included researching on the various options for the revision of the prevalent gratuity scheme and providence funds in various departments of the organisation. It included deep research and analyses along with multiple corporate presentations. I was also responsible for devising various placement tests for applicants of various grades of employment. The tests ranged from software based, chiefly testing MS office applications to other language, to corporate writing tests.

My responsibilities chiefly included streamlining the customer databases from the old system to the new one since the bank had gone through a recent merger. I was involved in various meetings and brainstorming sessions aimed at improving the operational efficiency of the bank branch.
