Mohammad Ferdous Hasan Shawon

As a MEng student in Technology and Innovation Management at Hochschule Harz, I am eager to apply my industrial engineering skills and knowledge to real-world challenges and opportunities. I have a strong background in supply chain planning, product development, and operations research, which I gained from my BS degree at the Military Institute of Science and Technology and my work experience at Coats. At Coats, I worked as a work student for eight months, where I supported the manufacturing and quality teams with data analysis, process improvement, and problem-solving. I used Python, Power BI, and ETL tools to extract, transform, and visualize data from various sources, and generated insights and recommendations for enhancing efficiency and quality. I also participated in multiple projects involving CAD, microcontroller, and automation. Through my education and work experience, I have developed competencies in data analytics, project management, and innovation.
